If we are not there ourselves, the house is available to friends, acquaintances and anyone who appreciates the peace and nature. This way, others can also enjoy the place and the compensation helps with the maintenance of the house and garden.
 
The house and location and Valencia city nearby makes Casa Pla Feliz a good place for families, friends or girlfriends. Also suitable for finding the peace and quiet to work on a project together or alone. Arrival and departure is during  the school holidays (May, summer and autumn holidays) always on Saturdays. This is flexible outside the school holidays.

There are 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms are small but the beds are fine. It has a kitchen with dishwasher and a wood stove. An 'acristalado' has been built on the house, a conservatory with a table and bench. There is also a washing machine.

The house is not suitable for children without swimming diplomas because the balsa pool is not fenced. The balsa is filled in the summer and not filtered. The water comes from a source and later goes to the trees and plants.

During the school holidays, the stay is always at least a week. The compensation in high season is from € 1400 per week. The rest of the year is flexible in duration and the price for the two of you is from €80 per day or €115 for families or groups per day. This does not include cleaning costs.
