Set amongst orange groves, in a quiet spot with views over the hills, is Casa Pla Feliz, a four-bedroom white detached cottage with fruit trees and a balsa bath. 30 km from Valencia city and the sea.
The house and its location close to the city of Valencia make Casa Pla Feliz a wonderful place for couples and families. It is also perfectly suited for those looking for peace and quiet to work on a project, either together or on their own.
A stay during school holidays (May, summer, and autumn holidays) has a minimum of 5 nights. Outside of school holidays, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
High season and holiday periods
During high season (from May through October), the entire house is €245 per night for two people and €285er night for a family of four. Weekly rates during high season are then €1.715 for two people and €1.995 for a family of four.
Low season
For the rest of the year, the rate starts from €160 per night for two people or €190 per night for families.
Cleaning costs are not included. Bed linen and towels are included.

There are 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms are small, but the beds are good. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and a stove. An 'acristalado' has been built onto the house, which is a conservatory with a large dining table and a daybed. There is also a washing machine.
The house is not suitable for children without swimming certificates because the balsa - pool is not fenced. The balsa is filled with water from a spring and is not filtered. The water is replaced occasionally and flows into the garden, towards the trees, and therefore contains only a small amount of chlorine.
The house is situated in the countryside, about 8 km from the villages of Lliria and Benaguasil. The Turia River flows nearby, making this area relatively green.
In addition to views over orchards and the Sierra Calderona in the distance, the garden is simultaneously private and sheltered. There are four different terraces so that you can seek out the sun or the shade at any time of day.
The amenities are simple and bohemian. The place and the peace are magical
